Good morning Acorn Team!

We hope you all had a lovely day yesterday. We really enjoyed seeing all your amazing Superworm cloaks. You have been very imaginative and came up with some great ideas.

Today’s suggested tasks are as follows:

Physical Development: Try some superhero yoga today. There are some ideas in the resources section of home learning on the website.

Mathematical Development: Use some socks from different members of your family. Can you sort them into size order? Use some small objects to measure the socks. How long are they?

Story: Choose a story from home today. See if you can find one which has some alliteration in it. What sounds can you hear? Can you recognise any of the letters?

Understanding the world: Can you make a home for a worm today? Use some natural materials and think about where the worm might like to live. There are some instructions to make a worm jar if you would like on the website in the resources section. Can you find out why worms are important?

We would love to see whatever activities you decide to do today, so please share them with us,

Best wishes
