 Good morning Year 4,

Thank you all for your emails, I hope you all managed to locate the information on the website as it has slightly changed again.  I am so pleased to hear so many of you have enjoyed the science experiment.  Today Mr Joyce is in school, therefore if Acer class have any queries or questions you would like answered, please email pine@redbournprimary.co.uk

Today's learning:

Maths - I have set the maths for the rest of the week, if you want to do all three lessons in one day that is absolutely fine or if you want to spread the work out you can do them on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  We are now moving on from coordinates and looking at multiplication that can then be used to calculate area.

English - Carry on choosing the English tasks off the grid, I have been so impressed with the different writing you are coming up with, we have great poets in year 4!

Wider curriculum - Carrying on with our topic of 'Around the world' - I have set two tasks for this week which are; looking at the continent Europe and locating the various countries. Also learning the different flags from around the world - see how many you can learn this week.

Mindfulness - Take some time out of your day to do some mindful colouring, you don't have to finish it all in one go, you can work your way through it as the week goes on.

Please continue to do the daily activities from the activity menu, TTRS, handwriting, picking a task from the spelling menu and getting some physical exercise. A new menu will be going out this week with a different selection of tasks for you to complete at your own pace. I am on the end of an email should you have any questions.

I look forward to seeing the fantastic learning you complete today.
