In an effort to increase the safeguarding of your child, we have created a form to be completed if you wish your Year 5 or 6 child to leave the classroom without you and or bring a mobile phone to school.

Please ensure a completed copy is returned to the school office, prior to your child walking home alone or bringing a mobile phone to school.
